Privacy Policy
Sound Cloner Pro does not collect, store, or sell any personal data. Your license key is verified directly with Gumroad and stored only on your own device. We have no servers, no accounts, and no tracking.
1. Who we are
Sound Cloner Pro is a Chrome extension developed independently and distributed through the Chrome Web Store. The extension is a toolkit for Suno AI music creators.

2. What data we collect
We collect no personal data. Specifically:
- We do not collect your name, email address, or any identifying information
- We do not use cookies or tracking pixels
- We do not use analytics or crash reporting tools
- We do not log or monitor your usage of the extension
- We do not access your browsing history or any other browser data
3. License key verification
When you enter a license key, the extension sends that key directly to Gumroad's API (api.gumroad.com) to verify your purchase. This is a direct request from your browser to Gumroad — Sound Cloner Pro has no intermediate server that receives or stores this data.
The verified license status (your key and the email address associated with your Gumroad purchase) is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in storage (chrome.storage.sync). This data never leaves your device except for the initial Gumroad verification.

4. Third-party services
The extension loads soundcloner.app inside an iframe once your license is verified. That web application may have its own privacy practices. Please review the Sound Cloner web app privacy policy at soundcloner.app.
We do not use any other third-party services, SDKs, or APIs.
5. Permissions we request
The extension requests the following Chrome permissions:
- storage — to save your license key locally on your device
- tabs — to open the app as a full browser tab when you click the extension icon
We do not request access to your browsing history, your clipboard beyond what you explicitly paste, your location, your camera, or any other sensitive data.
6. Data retention
Your license key is stored on your device until you choose to remove it (via the "Remove key" button in the extension). You can clear it at any time. We have no copy of this data on any server.
7. Children's privacy
Sound Cloner Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
